    Mike Lindström

    Founder, CPO & Director of Coach Development & Learning Innovation

    With a master's degree in education, Mike has worked as a football coach for nearly 30 years. He has coached teams of all ages and at various levels, from men's teams as Assistant Coach in Superettan and Head Coach in Division 1, all the way down to youth teams. In recent years, he has taken on more responsibility for coach development. Among other roles, Mike has worked as Academy Director at IK Frej Täby, Development Manager at Sollentuna FK, and currently as Age Group Manager at AIK. He holds both the UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth coaching licenses. “I am passionate about the development of players and coaches. There is no greater joy than helping people grow and reach their potential.”

  • Ben Åsberg Cronshaw

    Founder, CEO & VP of Business Development and Partnerships

    With a master’s degree in International Football Business, Ben has worked as a football coach for nearly 10 years. He has coached teams of all ages and levels in both England and Sweden, from women’s teams in Division 1 down to youth teams. In recent years, he has taken on more responsibility for the development of coaches and players, as well as the creation and implementation of all projects as Football Developer at Spånga IS. He holds the UEFA A and International Scouting licenses. "Nothing makes me happier than helping football coaches develop their skills and, in turn, seeing them help their players reach their full potential. Coaches are the key to player development, and if I can in any way contribute to improving that development, I go home happy every day!" 

  • Ioannis Kasagiannis

    Partner, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director of Camps & Operations

    With a UEFA A license and over a decade of experience in Swedish football, Ioannis has worked across various roles in both youth and senior football. His career includes coaching responsibilities at Vasalunds IF, AIK, and Sollentuna IF, where he has led teams at academy and senior levels. In addition to his coaching expertise, Ioannis has played a key role in coach development, guiding young coaches and implementing structured training methodologies.

    Most recently, he has worked as a 7v7 Fotbollskonsulent at Spånga IS, supporting over 30 teams and ensuring alignment with the club’s development philosophy. Passionate about player and coach education, Ioannis believes in creating strong, positive environments where individuals can grow both on and off the pitch. “Helping players and coaches develop is what drives me. Seeing them progress and find joy in football is incredibly rewarding.”

  • Magnus Keller

    Director of Sports Science and Sports Psychology

    With a master's degree in philosophy, psychology, and education, Magnus is dedicated to promoting health and performance through therapy and sports research. As a therapist specializing in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), he has worked in the sports world as an elite coach in bandy and head coach in the U17 Allsvenskan in football. As an educator, Magnus has shared his knowledge with both youth and senior football coaches and has lectured on training, physiology, and CBT in sports. A member of the Catapult GPS network in Europe and with experience working with over 9,500 elite athletes and 500 teams and institutions across 35 countries, he strives to combine his theoretical insights with practical experience to benefit the sports world. His commitment to the sports community is driven by a desire to share his knowledge and experience to contribute to its continued development and success.

    Director of Goalkeeper Methodology and Pedagogy

    Elliot is a goalkeeper coach with tireless dedication to modernizing goalkeeper training, committed to revolutionizing goalkeeper pedagogy. His expertise extends beyond the field, with published articles in sports science that contribute to the ongoing development of goalkeeper techniques. Holding the highest qualifications in goalkeeping, Elliot imparts cutting-edge knowledge through lectures delivered to elite professional football clubs across Europe. His passion lies in reshaping the landscape of goalkeeper training, ensuring that athletes reach their full potential and redefining the standards of excellence in the sport.

  • Sarbast Vaziri

    Managing Director Camp, Marketing & Communications Director

    Sarbast is a highly skilled and experienced football coach and educator with a UEFA-license and a background in Sports Management. He has extensive expertise in leadership, match analysis, and football psychology, with a strong emphasis on implementing structured methodologies to drive long-term player and team development.

    As head coach at the highest youth level in Sweden, P19 Allsvenskan, Sarbast has worked with elite youth players, developing high-performance environments that bridge the gap between youth and senior football. His ability to create clear player pathways has been instrumental in helping young talents transition to professional football.

    In addition to his head coaching role, Sarbast has held key leadership positions such as Sportmanager and head of Academy, where he has successfully implemented structured football programs, player development models, and club-wide football philosophies. His expertise extends beyond the pitch, ensuring that clubs build sustainable systems for talent development.

    Beyond his football credentials, Sarbast possesses strong marketing and communication skills, gained through roles as a Marketing Coordinator and strategic partnership manager. His ability to effectively communicate vision and strategy has helped clubs and organizations strengthen their branding, stakeholder engagement, and commercial strategies.
